ALEN J. SALERIAN, MD practiced psychiatry in Washington DC for 40 years, taught at the George Washington University Medical Center, served as the FBI’s Chief Psychiatric Consultant from 1995 to 2000 and founded the Salerian Center of Neuroscience and Pain. Dr Salerian founded “Drs. for Equal Rights for People with Mental and Physical Pain” and organized the First Global Pain Day at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington DC in September of 2011.

He is the author of several medical journal articles, two where on the subject of the JFK murder. He recently wrote an article entitled: What caused president Kennedys throat wound?; which will appear in the European Journal of Pharmaceuticals and Research in June 2023. Alen has written two books on the subject of JFK: JFK: A Magnificent Journey and From JFK to Sandy Hook, both available on Amazon.

What Caused President Kennedys Throat Wound?

DESCRIPTION / HIGHLIGHTS:

~ JFK’s throat wound - inflicted moments before multiple head wounds killed the President.

~ JFK's small throat entry wound was not caused by a bullet consistent with the observation that JFK did not suffer any damage to the cervical vertebra, there was no neck exit wound and a forensic analysis indicated that JFK‟s tie and shirt collar were negative for copper, ruling out a bullet.

~ JFK's throat entry wound, his immobilization before the fatal head shots, his slow physiological death following catastrophic injuries, and 3 poison arrow specific cover-up actions were consistent with incapacitation by a poison arrow and incompatible with injuries from gunfire.

~ A poison flechette made JFK a stationary target for a volley of bullets that shattered the brain, severed the tentorium and protruded the cerebellum out of the skull.

BRIAN K. EDWARDS has been researching the JFK assassination since 1969 and has read over 600 books on the case. He has interviewed numerous Dealey Plaza eyewitnesses; Dallas police and sheriff’s officers; Parkland doctors and medical personnel who participated in the President’s autopsy at Bethesda Medical Center. He has given hundreds of presentations on the assassination and since 2001 had been a regular presenter at the JFK Lancer Conference in Dallas.

Brian holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Washburn University and served as an adjunct instructor in Washburn’s criminal justice department from 1994 to 2003. From 1978 to 2001, Mr. Edwards served with distinction as a police officer with the Lawrence Kansas Police Department. During his time on the department he was assigned as a field training officer, firearms instructor and served as the department’s senior crime scene photographer. From 1983 to 1997, was assigned to the department’s assault team as a counter-sniper.

His research on the Zapruder film has been cited in several books, including Assassination Science (1998); Murder in Dealey Plaza (2000); The Zapruder Film (2003) and The Hoax of the Century (2004). He is co-author of Beyond the Fence Line: The Eyewitness Account of Ed Hoffman and the Murder of President John Kennedy and is currently collaborating with first-generation researcher J. Gary Shaw on a new book about Roscoe White.

In November 2017, Mr. Edwards testified as an expert witness for the defense in a mock trial of Lee Harvey Oswald at the North Texas School of Law in Houston, Texas. In 2019, Mr. Edwards collaborated and appears in Oliver Stone’s 4-hour documentary on the assassination, JFK: Destiny Betrayed.

The Dallas Police Department and the Search of the Paine Home: The Minox Mystery

DESCRIPTION
Brian's presentation will review the two police searches of the Paine home on November 22 and 23 and the procedures utilized during those searches will be discussed. He will also discuss the recovery (or the planting) of a Minox camera which was alleged to have been the property of Lee Oswald.

CASEY J. QUINLAN was born and raised in the greater Kansas City area and has been a high school American history and government teacher for the past 37 years. He served in the U.S. Army with the 9th Infantry as a medical corpsman during the Vietnam War. He has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Social Studies and a Master’s Degree in American History from Emporia State University in Kansas. He is the director of Project JFK, a student-oriented educational experience designed for high school, college and adults exploring the murder of President Kennedy.

Mr. Quinlan has been the featured lecturer at many universities throughout the Midwest, including; the Alf Landon Lecture Series at Kansas State University; The William Allen White School of Journalism at the University of Kansas; The Student Lecture Series at Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kan., and Student Activities at Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, Kan. He has served as a historical lecturer, on a number of occasions, for the Kansas State Historical Society in Topeka, Kansas.

In 1991, Mr. Quinlan was a guest historian for the A & E Network and the History Channel for Oliver Stone’s blockbuster movie, JFK. He was named Outstanding Educator in 1994, 2008 and 2011 by JFK Lancer, a national research organization. From 1995 to 2010, he was an adjunct instructor at Friends University in Wichita, Kan.; Ottawa University in Ottawa, Kan.; Mid America Nazarene University in Olathe, Kan., and Washburn University in Topeka, Kan.

In 2007, Mr. Quinlan presented Beyond the Fence Line: The Ed Hoffman Story at the National JFK Lancer Conference in Dallas, Texas. His first publication, Beyond the Fence Line: The Eyewitness Testimony of Ed Hoffman and the Murder of President Kennedy, continues to be a best seller. 

He has been studying the assassination of President Kennedy for more than 50 years and has read more than 1,165 books and publications on this subject. He has been a featured lecturer at the JFK Lancer National Conference since 2007. Mr. Quinlan received the JFK Lancer 2011 and 2012 “New Frontier Award” for continued efforts to write and inform students of the truth behind the murder of JFK. His National lecture series, The Eyes of Texas, (2011) unveils the people behind the murder of President Kennedy; Lee Oswald and the Great Coca Cola Caper (2012) explains where Lee Oswald was during the murder of President Kennedy and the Edge of Apocalypse (2013) explains who killed JFK and why.

D. LEE SHEPHERD is a former underwater commercial diver/photographer with experience in Bell-Saturation and Mixed Gas diving. Lee worked for several major marine companies including Standard Oil (Exxon), IT Corporation, Oceaneering (RIG), and Zapata. He is skilled in all aspects of Surface Supplied Air Systems and has lived and worked on various Semi-Submersibles including the Ocean Ranger drilling platform that sank offshore in Canadian waters in 1982.

Mr. Shepherd has been on the keels of aircraft carriers, supertankers and marine vessels of all types, including the Queen Mary. Personal associations include Dr. Harold Ross, director of Project Tektite on the Pacific Ocean floor; Mark C. Rogers, who held the deep free ascent record for 30 years; Photographer Al Giddings, and Dr. John Lilly.

Lee is a professional in the field of Digital photography and Video Systems. He was chief video-tech for Universal Marine Corporation while moving the Howard Hughes HK-1 “Spruce Goose” from its cantilevered hanger. Full documentation of the “Herman the German” giant crane lift and insertion of the plane into the Buckminster Fuller Dome in Long Beach is in the National Archives.

He has done volunteer work for Greenpeace and his team conducted the last underwater survey for the Rainbow Warrior before French intelligence services sank the vessel at the Port of Auckland on her way to protest a planned French nuclear test in Moruroa. He and his team also conducted classified photo surveys for the U.S. Navy.

Lee grew up in Ann Arbor, Michigan. His background includes an Associate Degree; a BA in History; a Masters Program at Moss Landing Marine Lab; and a diving career that allowed access to the inner sanctums of the oil industry. He also has a IT Degree from the San Francisco Computer Learning Center.

Regarding JFK, when Lee was 10 his family greeted John Kennedy at a stop on his 1960 political tour at Willow Run Airport in Michigan. As JFK came down the gangway, Lee reached out eagerly and JFK shook his hand. When he retired in 2009 JFK came back into Lee's reality frame when he spent a week at the Monroe Institute in Faber, Va. Lee asked a well renowned paranormal Remote Viewer in residence there, Joseph McMoneagle, if he had ever explored the assassination on his psychic travels. McMoneagle answered in the affirmative and told Lee what he knew and what he had seen. These revelations started Lee on a fourteen year quest to find his own answers.

Since 2009 Mr. Shepherd interviewed many of the great historic researchers involved, Mark Lane, Dick Russell, etc. which resulted in a conference Lee sponsored at the Virginia Military Institute. That event included Dr. John Newman, Jim DiEugenio, Bill Davey and Alan Dale. JFK SYMPOSIUM: Revision

That conference led Lee to create a half dozen more videos which can be viewed without commercials on YouTube/Vimeo and a number of personal lectures at various JFK events. Mr. Shepherd believes we are currently in an ongoing uphill battle for the remaining files that our government continues to keep from us; keeping all who want to know the truth from seeing the big picture fully.

Recently Released JFK Files Examined

DESCRIPTION
Lee's presentation will examine the JFK file releases from the national archives over the last 15 months. It will include highlights cross-referenced from retired CIA officers Felix Rodrigues, Rudy Enders and Mickey Kappes. For two years Mr. Shepherd has had lengthy exchanges with these principles who were alive during 1963.

GARY FANNIN started researching the JFK assassination because of a High School history report (in 1980) he had to create on a President. As luck would have it, he drew JFK out of a hat and has been researching the events of JFK ever since. Gary initially looked at library microfilm of newspapers, magazines, etc., and noted how so many eyewitnesses described the events completely different than what the Warren Report proclaimed on 9/24/64.

Mr. Fannin wrote and published, The Innocence of Oswald—60 Years of Lies, Deception & Deceit in the Murders of President John F. Kennedy & Officer J.D. Tippit. and recently released a 2nd edition with three new chapters and nearly 200 pages of new information. His book uses official documents from the FBI, CIA, Secret Service, Dallas Police Reports, Affidavits and Autopsy Reports; all pointing to proof Lee Oswald was unequivocally innocent of all charges filed against him. The Kindle version has been ranked as high as #2, and the paperback ranked as high as #7 on Amazon.com. Gary also created an accompanying documentary DVD.

Gary recently completed his second book, JFK Marked For Death—Who Stood To Lose Had JFK Lived. On June 6th his third book, with co-author Tim Brennan, will be released titled, RFK-Marked For Death— Another Son’s Sacrifice. Gary has already started his fourth book, Operation Mockingbird—How The U.S. Government and Media Have Lied about Historical Events.

Mr. Fannin has spoken on the topics of Lee Harvey Oswald and JFK at numerous conferences in Dallas, New Orleans, Washington, D.C., Chicago and Los Angeles. The conference today is the first time he’ll be speaking out on his research findings for his new RFK book.

Mr. Fannin's presentation will go into the ballistics, eyewitness testimony and medical evidence that proves Sirhan Sirhan was not guilty of killing Robert Kennedy. Sirhan's entire defense team were more concerned with keeping Sirhan from the death penalty/electric chair; they never put up a fight - EVER - to prove his innocence.

ROBERT MORNINGSTAR is a civilian intelligence analyst, investigative journalist and psychotherapist, living in New York City. He is a specialist in photo interpretation, geometric analysis and computer imaging. Robert Morningstar is a graduate of Power Memorial Academy and was a New York State Regents Scholar (1967-72) at Fordham University where he received a degree in psychology.  While at Fordham University, in 1969, Robert participated as a research fellow in a US Navy-sponsored program to develop Artificial Intelligence.

Robert Morningstar is a FAA-licensed private pilot and Instrument Ground Instructor and has studied the paranormal and UFOs for over 50 years and published many research articles on the Internet, exposing government cover-up and deception applied in the JFK Assassination. His work is cited in major books on the JFK assassination, notably in Paris Flammonde’s The Assassination of America and Conspiracy Science by Prof. James Fetzer.

In 2004, Robert Morningstar presented TMA 1: A Sign of Intelligent Life on Mars before a peer review panel at the Min-Tech conference at Johns Hopkins University sponsored by AIAA (American Institute of Aeronautics & Astronautics) and was a featured speaker at the historic Secret Space Program Conference-Breakaway Civilization Conference held in San Francisco, June 2015 where he exhibited Apollo mission lunar anomalies and related UFO activity that occurred throughout the Apollo Missions. Robert has written extensively to expose NASA’s use of “Disinformation Technology” to suppress evidence of an extraterrestrial presence on the Moon and of life on Mars.
