DAVID KNIGHT
DAVID J. KNIGHT was born in Kansas City and has recently graduated from Johnson County Community College earning an associate degree in Information Technology. Mr. Knight is a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society (PTK); Alpha Iota Gamma Chapter, and a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) honor society.
He made his first visit to Dealey Plaza in 1991. Since that time, he has been to Dealey Plaza over 25 times, and interviewed eyewitnesses, authors, and researchers. He has read over 400 books on the case and has made fifteen documentaries. Mr. Knight has been a collaborator of other researchers and author’s works. He has given numerous presentations to high school and college students throughout the Midwest on the assassination since 1993.
Mr. Knight has been involved with Project JFK since 1991. In 1994, he and Marina Oswald were interviewed on local television during a national assassination conference in Olathe Kansas. In 2010, he became the videographer/producer for JFK Lancer's national conference held each year in Dallas Texas.
In 2015, in association with William Matson Law and Debra Conway, he produced the film The Gathering, a research video detailing the accounts of the medical personnel who participated in the autopsy of President Kennedy. Mr. Knight produced a 90-minute DVD and a 9-hour box set for the second printing of the book,In The Eye Of History by William Matson Law.
>In 2016, Mr. Knight brought to the research community a new theory, a new weapon presentation and has lectured on it across the United States. For the first time since 1963 the Tom Dillard photo was looked at with fresh eyes and a possible shooter was exposed. This groundbreaking research has caught the attention of first- and second-generation researchers along with the media and is making a difference in the quest to find the truth in the case.
In 2019 Mr. Knight co-wrote the book Blueprint for Murder Volume 1 along with Casey Quinlan and Brian Edwards. He is the host of The Journey and The Spotlight Series programs, a Project JFK / CSI Dallas Production hosted globally on Zoom and YouTube.
